The Sarto Center operates strictly on a non profit basis and attempts to provide its facilities on the most reasonable cost basis possible.
Reservations are required.
When groups utilize Sarto for overnight stays, there is a suggested donation of $24 per person per day. Group users are on the honor system to determine the total number of guests.
Only one group at a time would be accommodated on overnights. The group leaders would be expected to maintain the center in a reasonable fashion, insure that the facility is secure upon leaving (doors & windows locked, heat and lights adjusted, etc. ) and to leave the building as clean as possible though maid service is contracted after each overnight or weekend use.
Groups that use the Center during the week (days or evenings) should check our reservations contact before scheduling to be sure there are no conflicts. The Center can accommodate more than one group for meetings during the week but to avoid conflicts, checking first would be appropriate.
Costs for non-weekend use (weekdays or evenings) is negotiable depending on extent of requirements and can range from gratis to small nominal fees.
